The principals of Hivernan Realty Group have 25 years of experience in the operation, acquisition, and financing of multifamily properties

David is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and financing Hivernan’s portfolio of properties, as well as overseeing the ongoing operations of acquired properties. Prior to founding Hivernan, David created Forum Real Estate Group’s value add and acquisition program which acquired 1,000 units during his tenure. Prior to Forum, David was the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Morgan Properties with oversight of over 30,000 apartment units. In his ten years at Morgan, David led the acquisition team that purchased over 20,000 apartment units valued in excess of $2.5 billion. He was responsible for all of Morgan’s capital markets activities and placed over $3 billion of conventional and tax-exempt debt. David started in the multifamily industry as an Asset Manager with Oxford Realty Financial Group with responsibility for over 2,000 market rate and affordable apartment units. He has extensive experience financing multifamily real estate, oversight of third party property managers, investor relations, budget preparation, and financial modeling. David graduated from Drexel University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.



Naomi is responsible for building and overseeing Hivernan’s property management functions. Her responsibilities include creating company policies and procedures, recruiting site level and corporate employees, acquisition and operations management, designing a training program that cultivates human capital, developing consistent and precise accounting standards, and creating and implementing individual asset and corporate business plans. Naomi has an extensive background in the multifamily industry spanning 23 years.  She has successfully managed and overseen more than 20 new development projects as well as the renovation of existing properties, Section 42 LIHTC housing, student housing, and managing the asset acquisition and disposition process. Naomi has worked with companies such as Forum Real Estate Group, Alliance Residential, Wasatch Premier Properties, Omni Properties, Carmel Properties, and POWER Apartment Leasing and Marketing.

Marci joined HRG in 2019 and is an experienced Vice President with a demonstrated history of working in the property management industry.

Christine is responsible for overseeing the facilities maintenance teams, training of the Service Supervisors, managing Hivernan’s procurement program, and MRO supplier and vendor compliance. Her knowledge of maintenance, repairs, and operations allows her to negotiate pricing agreements with preferred suppliers which ensures that Hivernan spends its expense dollars wisely. Christine has over 20 years in property management working with companies including Equity Residential, Alliance Residential and Pinnacle Management Services. After leaving Pinnacle, she joined eSupply Systems, a procurement software company as their Director of Training, focusing on rolling out procurement programs for companies of all sizes.
